Zone totally works…for athletes, kids, pregnant and nursing ladies…
I prefer “nutritional plan” to “diet” as diet implies it is novel and temporary.
BTW…Atkins died fat.
Nice presentation. Every diet takes consistent effort. There’s no diet you can do which will allow you to lose weight, and then quit the diet and not gain the weight back. There are diets, such as this, which can actually be maintained indefinitely.
The Zone Diet works. It is hard to do for a lifetime though, it’s easy to keep adding carbs and starches when good proteins aren’t available. I’d endorse it though.

I used zone diet when I was in competitive swimming.
