I just had a big bowl half cabbage and the other half consisting in cauliflower, carrots and cellery. I just added black pepper. Does not taste bad at all. I don’t know why people get sick of it!
dear quebec…come to reality…the cabbage soup is not your everyday diet…when u consumin ur normal diet back,of course u’ll gain…but think twice…either to lose a lot n gain sum…or not to lose at all…:)?go ahead…better giving it a try rather than sittin in front the comp n worryin bout gainin back when u r not losin sum…be positive:)

Today was my first day… It was ok.. I ate alott of fruit…I am looking forward to my baked potatoe tommorrow..lolz
I would totally recommend…I feel a bit dizzy though and have a minor headache but overeall not bad…lets see how the rest go..wish me luck…
just finished one week. it definitely worked, haven’t weigherd myself byt was abe to slip on a dress that was too tight ridiculously easily. what’s more i had loads of energy. didni’t feel my usual tiredness.

i lowered my fat percentage and gained muscle mass and lost fat!
I excersized regularly throughout swimming walking and using resistance bands
i say do whats best for the individual i did this diet and i lost weight (13 pounds ) and kept it off my body fat went from 16% to 13 %
Havn’t done the diet yet, but looks pretty healthy. You would only loose muscle mass if you did not follow the diet properly. Its like everything….follow the rules and it will work….
I went through with this diet and dropped 12 pounds, gained back 3. Keeping it steady at a 10 lb. total loss for the last few months. This diet is tough to stick to but it’s worth it. Instead of repeating it though like some do, I just eat a small bowl of cabbage soup before a major meal almost every day. Keeps the weight off and it isn’t painful!!
Yup that’s right, you can lose muscle mass and reduce to some people with makes only 1 soup a day. not healthy at all. You must eat different types of soups. Cabbage may be right, may sound healthy, but other things like muscle mass and bad carbs can be up to cabbage soup.

what kind of onions for the soup i used six larhe round green onions not the spring onion type is that ok? someone please help

when adding protein to this diet according to the new diet plan you won’t risk to lose muscle mass.

you’ll lose muscle mass thus you will put the weight back on again much faster..dont do cabbage soup, just reduce your carbs
