There is about 180 drops in a bottle... and I wouldn't say do it forever... I think it's good to switch it up... it's fine to have it in your diet indefinitely... I would just say after about a month or something it would be a good idea to switch it up... with another oil like lemon or fennel... or even just take a 3-4 day break.
