  1. L. Krell Says:

I have seen on television and condemned the book, but never got it. The command from the Amazon from a company “Bargainsdepatched” I was immediately charged, never received the book. No, thanks to Amazon I have a credit at my expense, I had problems with Amazon before ordering anything, and I’m going back to them, but “BARGAINSDEPATCHED” So I have no idea if the cookbook is good or not. Rating: 1 / 5

  2. Robert M. Halperin Says:

Although the recipes are excellent, I think the word “diet” is misleading. The recipes contain nutritional information, like calories per serving, sodium, etc. Also, many people equate the word “diet” with “weight management”. No information weight loss. The book is simply a collection of recipes based on the path of the Mediterranean diet. Rating: 1 / 5

  3. S. Mulholland Says:

This is a simple book that explores the Mediterranean diet – good recipes that are easy. Rating: 4 / 5

  4. Jean Scholl Says:

Although this cookbook is very great-looking recipes, it seems to write more books, and has pictures of one of the recipes. I think I am more than the perspective of a chef. However, there are some very interesting information on the benefits of such a healthy food. Rating: 3 / 5

  5. M. Dalsin Says:

The recipes are great and there are a lot of information, but not a single picture. The Dissapointing. Rating: 2 / 5
