    i ate 2-3 grapefruits per day for 4.5 months and lost over 40 pounds. needless to say i didn’t sit on my ass lol. i was burning about 600 calories daily (cardio alone, aside from weight-training).

    i was almost 235 before, now i’m 190.. 30lbs to go.

    i actually stopped losing weight when i stopped buying grapefruit after the price went up. in the winter it was 3 for $1, by spring and summer was $1 each.

    even though my training routine hadn’t changed, i couldn’t lose any more weight without it!
