Strengths Finder 2nd 0 is the follow-up to Now Gallup, the Discover your strengths. The book contains an updated version of the StrengthsFinder test that shows you not only what your top five strengths, and how they rank in the remaining 34 by the powerful model of Clifton. The new book is based on the content-light (very little), but the test is a significant improvement.
Here’s how the book:

(a 30-page summary of the strengths of psychology and how the system works Gallup)
II: Apply Your Strengths

StrengthsFinder (If you are not yet in the past to take the code test for a package in the book. You can even buy the book to the test)
Emotional Intelligence 2nd 0 is a different book I liked is that the SF 2 follows. 0 pictures. Obviously, the test measures emotional intelligence (EQ), Emotional Intelligence, but 2nd 0 has a unique shape that the test tells you which of the 66 pounds of strategies to increase your EQ now.

The book is a fast read and very useful to think about benefits and an ability to compensate for the additional opportunities in other areas you want to look weak if you work as a team. However, if the connection is established the process and received the resulting report, I was shocked to learn that I would get only the top 5 problems, and the other 29 remain a mystery. Learned after contacting the company that an additional $ 550 00 could be the other 29 subjects and their classification. It is clear to me that this book is used as a sales “hook” to try to get you to spend more money for the company to potential and can be used to penetrate corporate accounts as a “bridgehead” sales unit. I was not surprised or enlightened way of results, as I pass a number of these types of properties and behavior characteristics of tests during the year. However, it was “somewhat” helpful to confirm a few comments that I had today. I recommend this book and test online, whether you have ever had anything gone before. It is fast and easy to use. Be aware that the top 5 questions just a taste of your whole “are is,” and the other 29 are just as important to get to your knowledge now. However, if you’re willing to cough, until further $ 550 00, you may be disappointed at the end and even a little “treat in-the-dark” for a whole. Good luck.

. . . There should be a way to get additional votes not to buy online buy another copy of the book. My wife and I do not need two copies. Even better. . . all information in the book could be better organized online for a fee. At a time when most people are trying to acquire more “green”, I am surprised that the exclusive on-line form is not considered Gallup or the author. . .
also noted that the book is worthless on the secondary market, and there is no use of this type of review of the books from the library.

I bought used in this book and money. The book is based on the use of online assessment test and then read the book to analyze the results. Buying the book does the second hand, that they have access to the online account. In fact, say, the book is not easy to buy the book.
The descriptions make this book not clear. The seller posted Anote says the password is used, but it is clear that the book is useless. I contacted the publisher on the market for online password was separated, the answer is “buy a new book.” What a shame!

If it is a business requirement, not buy. The book is only valuable in the procurement code should be completed the questionnaire on the web. Information on the Internet is much broader than anything in the book. A better solution would be for Gallup to offer electronic recording (which may, but it is obvious that the Web site)
