I attended the South Beach diet for 3 weeks now. I think very successful for me. I decided to do Phase 1 for four instead of two weeks. We need to go to the second stage next week and wonder if anyone out there have any really good recipes for phase one or two. I have a book abouth two weeks worth of recipes, but I will not get bored with them because I know the second phase lasts much longer than a phase. I’m not the most creative person in the kitchen, so that when someone the’ve be very good, please share! Thank you!
