My mother is very ill, which now takes 12th 5 + Dilatrend Cozaar and overweight. I’ve heard that this diet to reduce and imporve the quality of life of people with hypertension ????????????????? Promises

I’ve been on a Grapefruit diet for the last 7 days… Baisically first thing in the morning I have a Balance complete shake with grapefruit oil in it… and then through out the day I drink 8 glasses of water with a couple drops of grapefruit in it. I’ve been eating pretty badly is the cool thing… so it works by itself… but to really help it out next week I’m going to do some exercising and cut junk food out of my diet… as much as possible ;P. Viatmin supplements that I’ve been taking: Mult Greens, Omega Blue, and ocassionally Digest + Cleanse…. All of which I’ll post on my website: www.youngliving.org
