I’ve been on a Grapefruit diet for the last 7 days… Baisically first thing in the morning I have a Balance complete shake with grapefruit oil in it… and then through out the day I drink 8 glasses of water with a couple drops of grapefruit in it. I’ve been eating pretty badly is the cool thing… so it works by itself… but to really help it out next week I’m going to do some exercising and cut junk food out of my diet… as much as possible ;P. ok i wanna go on a grapfruit diet. I want to lose 100 punds in a year and i wanna just start off with a grapfefruit diet for 12 days. I am 16. How many pounds will i lose and what should i eat when on a grapefruit diet?

I was actually just planning to eat 1 grapefruit for each meal (3 meals) and then throughout the day some fruits and veggies and lots of water as well as 1 hour of exersise?
