Here is a little update of my week: My niece had oral surgery and i helped to take care of her she was out of it for most of the day, plus my son dimitri graduated kindergarten with honors and his teacher said he is more than ready for 1st grade and it was a pleasure to have him in her class! Thats an inside joke to our family because she also taught his older brother who is good in his academics but has a bad temper he got in a fight the first week of kindergarten lol! As for weight loss I loss 1.6lbs this week! Which brings me to a total weight loss of 10.5lbs in eight weeks! I have included some body shots (bathing suit pics) before and afters! I am so excited about my progress and cant wait for Monday to hit the gym! I also just bought a nintendo ds game called Personal Trainer Walking. You carry a digital pedometer in your pocket and it tracks all your activity and steps and activity level you have done within the day!
